The apartment is located on Simpson Street, at the corner of Docteur-Penfield Avenue, just north of Sherbrooke Street. It is identified on the maps with a black circle. As you can see, it is right in the middle of downtown Montreal (the big shaded circle on the upper map). It is a 5-minute walk to both Crescent Street and Saint-Catherine Street, two of the busiest nightlife streets in Montreal. It is also a 5-minute walk to Mount Royal Park, the large park which is the Montreal equivalent of New York's Central Park (both were designed by the same architect). It is a 5-minute walk to Concordia University and the Guy-Concordia metro subway station, and it is a 10-minute walk to McGill University.
